Roles and ressources required from a customer for a standard Data & More Customer implementation project

We have a standard implementation process for the implementation and roll out of the Data & More compliance solution. Below is an overview of the different meetings on the left side, and the roles from the customer across and with duration of the meetings / workshops. This is our best practice, some customers might want addition workshops and addition meetings. We will try to accommodate all customer's different needs, but it is the same steps for any customer implementation.
