Designate specific users to access the report for a shared mailbox

With Admin Light permissions, there is an option to designate which users should be responsible for cleaning up cleanup reports for shared mailboxes.

Open the menu "Production". At the bottom, there is a list of accounts being scanned. Here, open the "shared" tab to see a list of all shared mailboxes. By clicking on the three dots next to the account's name, a window will appear where you can add the user you want to be able to view the cleanup report for that specific shared mailbox:

Subsequently, the designated user will be able to see both their own data in the cleanup report and data for the shared mailbox:
