How to change the default mail account used for notifications reports

The email used to send notifications can be changed in the settings menu

A DevOps from Data & More can help you set up a custom email to send out your notification reports.

We use Postmark App as a default mail provider. If you want a custom mail provider or use office 365 you have the following options.

Go to the menu in the upper right corner and click on Organisation -> Settings.

PostMark App
Free and the default mail service

Graph (recommend)

If you are using office365, you will need an email account  valid Exchange Online licence
you enter the account name + domain in the settings at set the validation to GRAPH (that's it)

You can use an SMTP-enabled email account with basic auth.
For Gmail and Exchange Online use: port 587, username + password.
This setting will support TLS.

You can use any valid SMTP service that does not require 2-factor authentication

This require that your organisation already set up at SMTP serve

For internal SMTP use port 25 + a relevant username but no password. This setting will not support TLS.
