      Security Requirements for DMCS for End Users, Project Manger and Product Owners

      These are basic security requirements for all users acting the DMCS

      1. Do not share any links sent to you by the DMCS.  The link is personal and will provide access to your personal data.  
      2. Monitor and maintain the certificate for the notification report. This domain is where the link to the DMCS is pointed to. Often gdpr.yourcompany.com or noncompliant.yourcompany.com.
      3. Do not share any passwords to the DMCS use AD login or the build-in IAM service on DMCS
      4. Always and without hesitation, report any adverse events to support@dataandmore.com.
