How can I delegate a report to my collage?

If you need to substitut or delegate a report to another user, this is what you need to do.

The prerequisite for this is that you must have DMCS admin access.

Then you go to the DMCS user list:

Azure_users

On the 'Azure user' tab, it is visible which other accounts a particular user has access to read. This typically includes shared mailboxes, allowing the user to access and manage emails and other communication within those shared accounts. Having this insight can be helpful for administrators to understand the extent of a user's access and permissions within the DMCS system.

By clicking on the three small dots, you can easily add another email account that you require access to. This feature allows you to seamlessly expand your access to additional accounts within the DMCS system, providing you with a comprehensive view of all relevant information and communication.

 

Delegated access

The result will be that your personal report will be enriched with the accounts you add, providing you with a more comprehensive overview of all the relevant information and communication within the DMCS system.

This expanded access allows you to effectively manage and monitor a wider range of accounts, enabling you to stay informed and in control of all necessary data and communication channels.
