The following is a short introduction to Data & More Production overview
The Production overview provides an overview of 2 different things:
1. An overview of all the clean-up report sent outs. It is possible to see when reports where sent out, who got the report, who did not get a report and if a user for some reason does not have the e-mail with a link to their clean-up report it is possible to copy their link and send it to them again.
2. An overview of all the different sources, how much data has been index per user per source

Explanation to the different states in the Mail sources:
All : The total number of licensed users in the account
Ready: Ready for send out - (pending accounts can also be ready for send out if they are scanned more that one time)
Processing: The accounts are currently being processed
Pending: The account is waiting to be processed - or processed again.
Pause: The account is paused, and no new data will be processed
Missing: Accounts that have not yet been processed - but will be
Disabled: The account has been disabled, and all data have been removed from the DMCS
Error: MS don't allow the DMCS to read data on the specific account.
- Approx. Total MSG: The number of messages identified by MS Graph
- Scanned messages: The number of messages scanned by DMCS
- Scanned document: The number of documents scanned by DMCS (including attachments and pictures)
- Latest: The latest time the account was fully scanned
- Status:
- Error: Account cant me read
- Missing: The account have not been scanned yet
- Active: The account has an active licence and will be scanned in due time
