Adding a new data source

For each new data source e.g. File Share, SharePoint etc. we have a startup meeting for the new data source

The purpose of the meeting is to include the data of the new source in the clean-up reports that are rolled out. There is a technical setup of the source before this meeting. At the meeting, we will look at the data in source and see if there is a need to set up custodians for the data. We setup up custodian for data tha do not have a natural owner. E.g. data in old file share folders, SharePoint sites. A custodian is the person that will recive the clean-up report for a given area, to be able to determin if data can be deleted or some data needs to be archived somewhere.

We will show how the customer can set up custodians for different areas
